Cont out tOpic ok!sO what is ur opiniOn about this tOpic?hOw to increase or develOp our peOple?sO, based on last discussiOn,mOst of respOndants give their views dat, our peOple need tO increase reading habit..cOz our peOple is very poor wif this habit..by reading,we can tO develOp our knOwledge..but unfOrtunately,our peOple is not interesting to this habit cOmparing wif other cOuntry likes west side..mOst of them alwiz reading even wherever they're likes in tren,at bus stOp and sO on..sO,we need n we have tO make this as an example of goOd habit to develOp our peOple..
In my opiniOn, this tOpic is very quiet abstact n very large ..How tO develOp our Malaysian??1stly, Malaysia is well known cOuntry wif their sOurces and alsO enriched wif their residents that gOod habit, nice custOm, nice peOple and so on..However, Malaysian peOple are still standing at the lOw level with their persOnal develOpment either about the knOwledge, habits, and skills.
So, regarding tO the tOpic,we need to find the way tO settle this prOblem very well..my 1st view is, we need tO increase and develOp Malaysian knOwledge in every field either relating to ecOnOmic issues, educatiOn issues, Political Issues and sO on..So, the question here is How tO develop it??Refresh with the view of the respOndant..reading!!yup,it's one of the gOod way tO increase peOple knOwledge in any field..sO, every side either gOverment, parents, or sOciety shOuld be give their suppOrt tO make our Malaysian lOve for reading!For example here, the gOvernment need to manage any reading campaign at the public place likes "Minggu Membaca" and so on.
SecOndly, critical and creative thinking.as we knew, every cOllege or university prepared the subject creative and critical thinking..so for me, this subject is very crucial tO make our people alwiz creative and critical in their thinking.So, if any matters comes, they able to face it very well and without any worry..am i rite??
Lastly, skills. Skills is very important to face any matters is cOming. In any career, skills is also important for every workers.
As a conclussion, every people or side either gOvernment, sOciety, or individual need to find the way to develOp our peOle..its very crucial tO our cOuntry because when we have intelligent and smart peOle, we able to manage and drive our cOuntry very well and i believe that our country will be known whole of wOrld!
